We hasten to reply to your letter March 19 . We have in the first place to apologize to you for the most unfortunate error that has occurred in the execution of your order. We are completely at a loss to understand how this mistake could not be found out as all goods are checked and cross-checked at our forwarding department.
It is the first case in all these years that we have caused you to complain, and we shall take every care to avoid such an error in the future. We are really sorry for your inconvenience . In order not to give you further trouble we have airmailed another lot of the table cloth today and they will reach you within a week.
Please debit us with your returning charges and others. Let us assure you that we shall take every care and such an accident like this should never occur again.
